Premium is $25 a month and includes one bookable stylist with all the basic features. Elite is $55 a month and includes two bookable stylists, 1,500 AI credits each month, a custom booking process design, and the Analytics tab. Business is for salons with more than one location, with pricing set with our team. On Premium and Elite, add more bookable stylists for $10 a month each.
Premium includes one bookable stylist and Elite includes two. Each additional bookable stylist is $10 a month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Only active stylists count, so you can add as many stylists as you like and make them active as your seats allow. A stylist added partway through a billing month is prorated by day: if your plan renews on the 1st and you add one on October 13, you pay $10 × 18/31 = $5.81 that day, then $10 a month from November 1.
Yearly billing is $240 for Premium ($20 a month) and $600 for Elite ($50 a month), billed annually. That is $60 less than a year of monthly payments. Added stylists stay $10 a month each on yearly plans. Business has custom pricing.
Every plan includes your calendar and appointments, client records and conversations, team and service management, and a salon page with online booking. Elite adds monthly AI credits, a custom booking process design, and the Analytics tab. SMS and a custom website are optional add-ons for any plan.
Elite includes 1,500 AI credits per UTC calendar month, shared across the owner account. Each AI question uses 5 credits, and phone calls use 30 credits per minute. Failed requests release their reserved credits, and included credits reset monthly without rollover. Additional credits are $10 per 1,000.
SMS is an optional add-on for any plan. Creating your phone number is a one-time $20 fee, and SMS linked to your website is $35 a month per location. It includes a dedicated business number, two-way SMS, booking confirmations and reminders, cancellation and modification notifications, and 1,000 SMS segments per month.
For a one-time fee of $120, our website team designs and builds a custom website for your salon from your brand, photos, services and team. It replaces the standard salon page on Refinelook, so clients see it when they open your salon and can book from it directly. There is no monthly charge for the website itself.
