Who is Refinelook for?

Refinelook brings salon operations and the client booking experience together. Owners and stylists use professional workspaces; clients explore salons, request appointments, and manage visits through My Hair.

How do I get started as a salon owner?

Create a professional account, choose Salon owner, and complete account verification. Set up your salon workspace, add services and stylist profiles, and configure working hours. Business settings shows the salon's search-visibility status and eligibility guidance.

Can I bring my existing customer information?

Yes. Customers includes an Import control for bringing in existing records. Review the imported information and any items that need attention before completing the import. Access depends on your salon permissions.

Can my team have different access?

Yes. A salon can connect registered stylists and manage role assignments. What each person can view or change depends on their role and the salon's permissions. Owners can also create stylist profiles they manage themselves.

What do clients see when they book?

Clients select services, a stylist, and an available time, then can add reference photos and notes. The final review shows service details, prices, deposit information, and salon policies before they submit.

Does submitting a booking mean it is confirmed?

Check the appointment status. A request becomes confirmed when its status says Confirmed. If a salon proposes an alternate time or changes that require a response, the client needs to review them.

Who sets service prices and deposit policies?

Each salon sets its service prices and booking policies. Clients review the applicable price, deposit information, and policies during booking. Consultation requirements can affect the final service plan.

Is AI hairstyle try-on available?

AI try-on is in development. Clients can already attach their own current-hair photos, inspiration images, and consultation notes during booking.
