Organize your service menu
In Services, choose Add category, then Add service. Give each service a clear name and configure its price and appointment duration. Add consultation, deposit, and preparation or cleanup requirements where relevant. Review any stylist-specific prices before making the service available.
Build your team
Open Team and choose Add stylist. Owners can create a stylist profile they manage, including their own. To connect someone with a Refinelook account, share the salon code. Verify their request in Team before accepting it.
Assign the right services
Manage stylist assignments from Services. Clients can choose from the professionals qualified for the services they select. Check these assignments whenever you add a service or bring someone onto the team.
Set the hours clients can book
Open Schedule, then Working hours. Configure salon opening hours and each stylist's recurring hours. Add breaks, time off, and date exceptions when plans change. Customer time slots depend on these settings, existing appointments, service duration, and buffers.
